Review: This Really Works - After using miles and miles of plastic wrap (more suited for leftovers in the fridge) this item was so easy to put on and take off and kept the water from my picc line. I was careful for the first few times in the shower, but I had my whole arm under the water when I took a bath. This was not intentional, and when I got out of the tub and removed the cover, my dressing was totally dry. The only suggestions I would make would be to figure out a place/way to dry the sleeve. I put it on a towel the first couple of times but ended up ranging it over the small hook I have on the shower wall. I wish I had known about this item when my grand-daughter's arm was in a cast. The openings might be a tad small for a cast, but the rubber expands somewhat. A truly great product.
