Better than other so called multivits

I did a lot of research about individually buying the best supplement for issues I wanted to address. I found this, and in 9/10 cases this multivitamin uses the latest tech in supplements at a good dosage for a very reasonable price. For example it uses the methylated form of folate. Some people have a genetic disorder where they can't process the typical folic acid properly which can lead to issues, and 99% of other multivitamins use the folic acid form because it's cheap. Another it uses is opti-zinc, it's well studied and one of the best for bioavailability. I would prefer a different form of magnesium as magnesium oxide is cheap and not that bioavailable, but that's a small drawback. If magnesium is an issue for you, look at getting magnesium glycinate powder. To get a meaningful amount of magnesium there is a lot of bulk to the powder, you wouldn't be able to fit into a multivitamin anyways.

This supp deserves 100 stars in my opinion. So far i've gone thru 15 bottles. I wud'nt repeat buying so often if it didnt wrk. I even had a couple of friends buying it. Prior to using TWO PER DAY my urologist told me my bladder walls were weak, meaning my peeing wud b frequent due to the bladder walls not holding pressure effectively. I was scouting online one nite & ran into this supp. Somehow i was moved by the name. Its one thing taking a supp 2 times per day. Its quite another when it actually name TWO PER DAY. In short order after taking them i notice my bladder was able to hold my urine. Absolutely zero bladder pressure. These days i go thru an entire day without peeing untill after wrk i pee one good amount. Getting up at nights is no no no for me n am 63. If i dont take any other supp, i have to take TWO PER DAY. Am married to these supps for life. Yes! They makes ur pee more yellow than normal n it smells kinda mediciney. That is good news because it means ur body is absorbing it. Buy it guys, especially you older ones. You cant go wrong.
