The crust is very thin but considerably less "cauliflower" tasting than some others I've tried. It's about as close to tasting like a real pizza crust as not-dough can be. Crisps up nicely in the oven. Already pre-cooked, so the pizza cooks fast. From freezer to just-add-sauce-and-cheese to perfectly heated in just over 10 minutes. It's pretty guilt free (except for the cheese).
