The hinges are poorly designed. The hinge on the right broke. I opened the part and found all the screws had broken off the plastic cover. I e-mailed the company, I have not heard back after 2 months. I will look for another brand. Update 9/2023, I reached out to the company again and after sending all the requested documentation they sent a replacement monitor. I am very happy with the new monitor and would purchase again if the need arises.

(Downgrading to one star since the company hasn't gotten back to me.) I really enjoyed using this product. I'm a data analyst and having three monitors has been a game changer for me. Especially this piece of equipment that I can take with me to a coffee shop or my travels. It's only been 11 months since I purchased it and the left monitor hinge recently broke. The monitor itself is still functional, however it hangs at an awkward angle and I feel like it'll fall off any day now. I would've expected a lot more given the $500 I invested in thus product. I emailed the company with hopes they can send a replacement under warranty.

1. Bigger size screen than Xebec. Biggest drawback is the brightness. You can improve it by increasing the backlight. But still is the weakest point. Still workable but don’t expect amazing screen quality. Ok to put your twitter, email or secondary stuff you won’t be looking a lot… 2. Device itself is good. Slight clunky and heavy. But good. The bottom slights up at times and doubt i could move it around much. Pretty much a set up that requires laptop to stay put on a table… 3. Best part is that yes, if you only got a ctype connection lile me on my laptop, i use an HP omen… so this is for you.. xebec requires a carry on charger or transformer. More stuff to carry.. not convenient.. this is the biggest reason i decided to keep the product for now.. love that after installing a driver i can use a single cable!!! 4. I am in healthcare. And for those interested in extra monitor to keep open an epic screen to finish your notes.. yes it works.. i keep main epic screen in main monitor and the floating window for the note on the right plus email on the left.. really useful to finish notes at home and not having to go to an office in my house to isolate myself from family…now i can be with them in the living room.. 👍🏼 5. Cost is a drawback.. i think they are killing it and probably this cost like 150-200 to make in china. But compared to other products like xebec, i guess is within the reasonable range.. i ended up paying this and not the xebec bc i can return it here in amazon.. if not i would have tried the Xebec as well.. i think at 350-400 would have been a steal and would have recommended to everyone i know.. at 500-600 is kind of embarrassing to advertise it… Overall if you are looking for 2 extra screens for a laptop.. this monitor should be on your list to try.. especially thanks to return policy from amazon.. I had this product maybe 2 weeks. I opened it one day and I’m doing so the right monitor snapped off the hinge because the hinge broke. I always kept this in the carrying case and then inside of my laptop case. When I reached out to the manufacturer I was ignored. Amazon was nice enough to issue a return and refund as they were not able to offer a replacement, however I received $100 off when I first initially paid for this product. I will have to pay the extra $100 now for a replacement/new purchase. Minus the fault in the product and the manufacturer ignoring the situation, the screens are extremely helpful, light weight and easy to use.

This product works very well with my Surface Laptop 4. I especially like that it uses DisplayLink which means that the P2 Pro dual monitors can act as 4th and 5th monitors when I have my Surface Laptop 4 already connected to 2 normal desktop monitors using the Surface Dock. I had some questions before purchasing the product and the seller was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

I purchased this to use when traveling or locally when working in restaurants or coffee shops. The third time I pulled it out and used it, the hinge was broken and it is now unusable. I have reached out to the vendor, but have yet to hear back. I will report back once I hear from them.

Contacted support November 5th and again 22nd but no reply. Ghosts really do exist. Buy this not expecting any warranty.

Not as bright. But making it work. Will research more the feedback on brightness
