Can anyone verify the length of this refill? I have seen various lengths listed - 108.2mm (4 1/4"), 110mm (4 5/16"), and 114.3mm (4.5").

Just measured it and it's exactly 4 5/16 inches in length; easy to see, however, where someone might think it's 4 /14 inches
