194 Stainless Steel Stake Hole Mount

Works great under my fiberglass bed cover.

I mounted this on my 2001 F-150, drilling into the bed rail and wedged under a hard shell cover bracket. It's not exactly as intended but it worked well and I got a good ground from it. Using a stock CB I've been getting great reports on the road and excellent receive on various channels.

I have several of these on my truck holding various antennas. The mounts have held up well over the years. The only issue I have had was removing the mounts. The hardware is all stainless steel which tends to fuse together over time. In my case I had to grind and drill out the screws then re-tap the holes when I wanted to move the mount. Not a huge deal but you should probably keep this in mind if you ever decide to remove it.

The actual mounting plate is great thick (0.1") steel. The only problem that I have had is that none of the screws would thread fully into the bottom plate. I have had to drill out and tap all 4 holes and use different screws. The mount is for sure worth the price, just know it will probably take more effort than what ever you think it will take.

Just got in today went to install it and 3 out of 4 screws are bent and frozen in the the bracket. Now I have to drill the screws out and by more screws very disappointed

Fit on the bedrail of my 2001 gmc serria 2500 no issues

I’m so glad I got the last one of these I have been trying to get another one but they discontinued it wish they would sell it again

Better install where u Intend to keep it I have bought 2 of these and once installed the screws just break off when trying to uninstall to move locations.
