Product sticky to the touch and everything stuck to it
The product was covered in a sticky film. Not particularly sanitary and not something I would recommend.

Works For Agar Plates
Used at a ratio of 1 tsp (5 grams) to 250 grams water for my Petri dishes as the nutrient compound in addition to the same amount of Agar that i added which made perfectly Agar plates that have plenty of nutrients for mushroom mycelium growth. For this purposes the Malt Extract is great, but i am not using it for the originally intended purpose, however 5/5 Stars.
