Awesome lil dimmer
Wired this up to a led headlight on my dyna harley davidson motorcycle. Being that it doesn't have the buttons anymore for hi and low head light. Its a rad lil dimmer and perfect for what I wanted. Will buy more for future builds.

Kinda taxed but a really nice little switch
This is a really nice switch. Itโs pretty expensive but is small and can fit in a dash. NOW itโs important to know this adjustment knob adjusts the negative contact and also has an off position. The nob feels nice when turning not cheapy.

Great dimmer for boat interior lights
I bought this little dimmer to use on my pontoon boat interior lighting project. For my project, instead of LED strips I used single LED marker lights like what are used on trucks and trailers. I installed 6 of them around the inside of the boat. This dimmer works very well with them to give me a wide range of brightness from full on to almost imperceivable if I want it that low. The max current handling capability for the dimmer is 4.8 amps. These LED marker lights donโt even draw a full amp so thereโs no danger here at all. The dimmer works by being placed in series with the circuitโs ground side. The instructions donโt say that but as an electrician I know whatโs going on inside based on how it is wired up. Well, I didnโt want a hot wire that wasnโt switched also, so in my video you will see that I wired it up so that I push a button to turn on power to the hot leg of the circuit, and then use the dimmer on the ground side to control the brightness. This is not necessary to turn power off because the dimmer does have a positive click to break the circuit. But it leaves the hot leg on all the time and Iโd rather break that as well. Also you will see that I placed the dimmer knob and buttons in a switch panel I installed that normally has 12v sockets or USB ports in these locations. If you want to do that, just buy some 30mm blank plugs for these locations and then drill out a 19mm (3/4โ) hole in them to hold the switches. Itโs tight and kind of hard to install using screwdrivers up inside the plug to work on tightening the nut holding the switch in, but it can be done.

High quality
Excellent build quality. Need to determine yet if this will work for my project.

Quit working after 10 minutes of use
Using this to power two small LED lights in my aircraft. Since the aircraft is amateur built, it took me a month past the return date to begin to use it as intended. It worked fine at first, then would flash the lights when power was applied, then the lights would stay on steady whenever power was applied, and with no way to turn them off. Junk, and for the price it should last. Junk

Minimal RF interference
I had been looking for a compact high quality dimmer for panel lights on my experimental airplane. This unit just feels like high quality, will fit right in on my panel, has smooth operation, including the on/off switch, and I like the choice of knobs. This type of control is capable of controlling VERY small LED or incandescent lights and up to its full capacity. I tested it inches from a portable aircraft comm radio and found no RF interference that I could hear.

Pricey but nice.
Good features: Two knobs included, one each silver and black. Wire lead quality is good, adequate length and with insulation that feels like silicone. Pictorial wiring instructions easy to follow, (schematic style should also be include for us old electricians and others who prefer schematics.) Knob turns smoothly and easily (if you don't push it on the splined shaft too far when mounted through a thicker panel). LED ramps up smoothly from dim to full brightness. (Note that there may be a threshold voltage where the knob moves a bit before the LED turns on dim - this is a function of the LED rather than the dimmer.) It comes in a presentation grade little box with magnetic closure. Save the packaging frills and reduce the price 20% or so. In the interest of full disclosure, if I needed another, I'd buy it again .

Perfect
Worked great, have an off-road light on my Harley that I have wired to stay on bright. Sometimes I donโt want them THAT bright. Took all of 3 minutes to put on and now I can set the light like a house light dimmer on the fly

Nice dimmer switch, not cheap with a on off click
Super nice little 12v dimmer switch. Even dimmer lighting with a positive click on and off. Pricy but worth it.

Worked fine
Yet to test waterproofing but works. Low range dimming not effective but may be LEDs themselves

Light Me Up
I wasn't sure what I was going to get but what I got was a high quality dimmer switch with on/off setting to control the brightness of the interior lights of my Lighthouse. I found that the low end of the bright was quickly cut to black and asked the vendor a few questions about how to have just a little more low end brightness control. They were very quick to respond to my email, I supplied video of what I was getting, they recommended I could go ahead and drop in a resistor on the LED black led to see if that made a difference. That I won't know until I get a 1 ohm, 10w resistor. Either way, good money for what I got and great support after the sale.

It didn't work - had to return
We followed the instructions carefully. We used quality, dimmable lights. We tested with different power sources, polarity and different lights. Could not get it to work. Really wanted it to. The reviews sounded great. If we are at fault, happy to review the review.

Easy peasy
Looks week built, good materials, instructions are good, however my Toyota car only has two leads the exact same colour, and this one three so I have not been able to figure how to connect it.
