It was a easy install, remove tire, remove mud cover, and take out Evap, installed this part and everything fit perfect for my 2015 VW Passat TSI 1.8 turbo... Review: Fixed DTC 3225 on 2011 BMW X6 E71 and cleared CEL - Worked great when replacing the pump. The X6 wasn't listed as a supported vehicle, but I think that is because I had to cut an ear clamp off a hose. I replaced the ear clamp, but you could probably also use a hose clamp. I also didn't need the grommet that was recommended. The pump connected to the charcoal filter with a hose, not a direct connection that uses the grommet. The pump cleared up the check engine light and looked exactly like the OEM Bosch pump. On a side note, the fender trim uses plastic rivets, so I would order some of those and the tool to install the rivets.
