Works perfectly
These pie crust shields are very useful and help not burn your crust on your pies. They fit a variety size of pies, very flexible, and reusable. Perfect addition to your kitchen.

Best thing since the lint roller!
I bake a LOT of pies - - desserts, main dish, appetizers, etc. With that in mind, I’ve been using foil strips and tents for years. Of course they work, but the extra time and effort as well as the waste is an issue. Foil is frustrating to keep on if you’re not used to doing it. These make all of that disappear. As soon as they came, I washed them and wrapped them over a couple pies. They fit easily. They don’t stick to filling. They wash up easily. They wrap around the crust like a dream! Set the timer and pull them off about 15 minutes before the end of baking. NO MORE OVERBAKED CRUSTS! NOTE: These do get HOT in the oven, so you’ll use tongs to easily pull them out of the oven in time for your crust edges to brown nicely. Drop them into the sink while they cool. Rinse and dry. I store mine in a gallon ziplock to keep them clean between bakes. I’ve used two together on a 13x9 - - but I’d love to see a rectangular set come out. Smaller pies/store-bought crusts? They overlap. Larger pies/homemade dishes? They connect. Someone is a GENIUS. Can’t say enough about these. LOVE!!

Does the job
Works as well as aluminum foil and easy to clean

Handy to use so the edges don’t burn
Use it for pies and it works better than the old metal ones I used to use. I did a home made pizza and the edges always burn. This helped.

Mostly great
Mostly easy to use and clean. One’s broken already but can probably still be used for the next pie.

Keeps pie crust from burning!
Used these on lg glass pie pans to prevent crust from burning & it did the trick! Also, have various sizes of pie pans & can adjust these to fit any pie size! Had aluminum pie shields & couldn’t adjust them to fit different pie dishes!

They won't snap together and they just fall off of your pan they're not very good
They don't work very good at all

Fall off.
I'm sure you could get them to stay on if the heat wasn't blasting you in the face while trying to install. I finally get them on, only to have them fall off within a minute. Aluminum foil works just as well with less fuss.

Love that they are adjustable.
I haven’t used them yet but love that they are adjustable. Great to have for future use.
