Almost immediately after, they shipped me a new bottle and told me they cleared out any old bottles from their inventory. Customer service was quick and courteous! Will continue to buy from them. As far as the product, I will admit I don't use it with the app but just as strips. They are great for a quick, relatively accurate test. I wouldn't rely on them for exact results - I still take a sample to the pool store once a month for that but it tells me close enough to determine if I need a boost on certain pool chems or to turn up my chlorinator.
