Onarway Adjustable Automatic Size 3 Spring Hydraulic Door Closer/Closure for Residential and Commercial Use with Fitting Template for Middle-Weight Door(Aluminum Alloy)

Easy to install and works perfectly to my door. No more slam and my door closes properly now. Just move the arm(not the hydraulic controller) a little further from the hinge and it will be an easier to open.

I recently purchased this product, and while the initial installation didn’t go perfectly, the experience that followed completely turned things around. After setting everything up, I ran into an issue—one of the pieces just wouldn’t fit, no matter how carefully I tried. Naturally, I was frustrated and worried that I’d made a poor choice. I reached out to the seller, not sure what to expect. To my surprise, their customer service turned out to be the best I’ve ever encountered - honestly, it set a new standard. They didn’t just send a generic response; they took the time to clearly explain what the issue was, why that particular part wasn’t working with my setup, and exactly what needed to be done. They immediately shipped out a replacement part at no cost and even offered me store credits as a goodwill gesture ,completely unexpected and much appreciated. Once the new part arrived, installation was a breeze. Everything clicked into place perfectly. The close and latch mechanisms are now incredibly smooth and fast, almost instantaneous. In fact, the system works so well that I don’t even have to fully open my garage door anymore to operate it, which has made my daily routine so much more convenient. All in all, what started as a frustrating moment turned into a genuinely positive experience, thanks to a seller who clearly cares about their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for quality products backed by real support.

Good quality and does 99% of the job. Cannot get the door to fully latch closed. Tried all suggestions in the instructions.
