Can these pads be used for nail polish remover?

Totally! Just make sure you designate one or two for nail polish, just so you’re not reapplying on your face. Maybe a given :). You can use them for underarm hygiene, apply tanning product, so many possibilities!

Can I purchase additional pads without the container?

I am manufacturing pads separate from the holder, but won’t be available for a little while :)

Anyone else find tiny bugs living within the bamboo container? I’ve poured boiling water over the pieces to kill them, still found a couple afterwards

I have not had that occurrence. Being that bamboo is a living plant, there is a chance that organisms were living in it while it was growing and the process of cutting the stalks into shape, stayed put within the crevices. I recommend asking for a replacement because this product is super worth it!
