After trying several of their suggestions my family took pity on me and just bought me an entire new stereo, but the customer service didn't stop there. They had no idea that I had received the new stereo and they sent me another email offering to upgrade my transmitter to a bluetooth version. I am impressed...not only did they read the review and tried to help solve the issue, they offered another product as a free upgrade. So I changed their rating because I love the fact that they followed through on a bad review.Connects easily to phone via bluetooth, but causes a lot of static in the radio transmission. Unless you have a Chevy Impala and your cigarette plug is so far hidden that the Mic has a hard time hearing your voice. The instructions didn't include any info on changing the tuner so I'm going to be returning this unless someone can tell me how to change the station.Update-After writting my review I received an email and a call providing me with instructions on how to change the frequency. I made the change it it works much better now.
