    Don't Buy!!

I purchased a Seebest Robotic Vacuum through Ali Express a little over a year ago. I was very happy with the vacuum even though I did have a problem with one of the wheels.  The company sent me instructions on how to fix and I did although I am sure most buyers would not be able to deal with it. About 3 months ago it started only running for about 15 or 20 minutes and would require charging. I contacted the company as the product had a one year warranty which included the battery. I was told by my contact, Sara Zheng, that they were unable to ship just a battery. After lots of back and forth she said they would sell me another vacuum at half price and include an additional battery. I told her this was unacceptable and that if they could not replace just the battery then they should  send a new vacuum. They are not willing to do this.Maybe it is some cultural thing that might be acceptable business practice in China but it sure doesn't work for me. Not throwing good money after bad,  The battery alone apparently cannot be purchased in the United States and I guess there is no way to get one from China. Definitely do not buy this product.
