What makes it for women? Is it just the higher selenium and what not?

It has increased biotin for nails and hair. I am recovering cancer patient and a friend bought it for me. If you put in freezer for about, it gets slushy I have one a day

Can drinks be in 90 deree heat?

If already opened, I would not think any significant amount of time (1-2 hours) is good idea in 90degree heat, as organisms will start to grow. Plus, these drinks taste quite good cold from the refrigerator or with ice added, but rather horrible if room temp or warm. If it is unopened, but stored at this high temperature, then it might be ok - check with manufacturer.

Iron? Would like a list of which vitamins it has included

I love Boost Women's, and use it for meal replacement all the time. (I am certain it is healthier for me than other stuff I eat!) Each bottle lists vitamins, minerals, protein, etc., etc., along with the % of minimum daily requirement. The bottle I have here lists iron, 4.5 mgs and 25% of the MDR in each bottle. Hope this helps. One tip: vanilla is a great flavor, and do store them in the refrigerator, as they are tastier when cold.

how do I know what the exp. date will be ?

There is an expiration date on each bottle. I recently ordered some and the expiration is March 2024.
