These picks are awesome. The grip is not too rough, but rougher than dunlops, so they actually grip. It's super comfortable, and has a good lifespan.

Brain picks are amazing
These have replaced the Dunlop nylons as my number one choice. I play mainly electric and use 10 or 11 gauge strings. The grip keeps em from slipping and you can turn them around for a grittier attack if you want.
