Matching shadows is always a difficult thing for younger children. The shadows could have been better defined. I know it's a shadow but many were too close. It was able to keep my Grandsons attention and he did enjoy doing many of the puzzles. He just turned 4 so it was a bit of a challenge. These caused him to slow down and really pay attention to detail. He had never done anything like this before and he really enjoyed it. Thankfully there are many more puzzles in the book as he gets older. The pages were easy to hold while completing the puzzle.

Our 1st grade teacher asked parents to purchase 2 activity books for the school year, for kiddos to have independent play time. We were looking for something engaging, and this is the book! The book may even be engaging for your 2nd grader, but our 1st grader couldn't get enough of the activities. I added an aide to the crossword puzzles to accommodate his spelling level by adding the correct spelling of animals and other items on the crossword puzzles. There is a wonderful section in the back with all the answers, but I wanted him to figure it out without looking for the answers. I even added additional words that will challenge him to read through the whole list. Wonderful product! Thank you-

Worth it, and suitable for 5+

Awesome book from wonder house,can't describe the experience it's super super book to gift kids and our little ones keep engaged them positively very much satisfied I bought it for my sister kids who was 5years old and my 4 years kid also like it very much gonna buy another one for my kids too thank you Amazon for this wonderful book definitely recommend to everyone it's a new startup to present book to kids instead of toy to make them practice reading habbit

Great activity book, my 5yo loves it. Diverse options for activities, good quality book itself. Nice that it’s 101 activities because I find that my little just zips right through 15 pages in a single sitting, but I guess that means it’s fun :)
