When this turned up I through wow I have gone way to strong elastic in this. I am manual worker so my core strength is good I just wanted to built on that. I ended up take two of the heavy duty elastics out and starting with one. They are removable and are well made. Been using it for a few weeks and I am starting to feel a little difference. Give it a few more and I can add an elastic and build it up. I do 25 reps of three different exercises each evening. So far so good hopefully it's a cost effective way of getting stronger. I will be buying the lift bar tho as it can be a little awkward to go bench press lifts.

The first time I used these i had a very jerky motion. After about a week once your body adapts it works nice and smooth. I love the fact if you suddenly got lazy like me you can unhook 2 of these bands to make a nice start up recovery then gradually fasten them for more tension. I had a great 2 week montage then the roku remote has been my primary work out these days lol. I do recommend these though. I was a heavy lifter for decades back when I had more energy and owned allot of equipment. These are awsome for resistance push ups and you can bring them anywhere. Very cool item.

As an aging 25 yr powerlifter now at the age of 71, this item allows me to slowly back away from using the Olympic bar, but maintaining strength using the 3 stretch bands. I actually purchased a second black set for more weight. I can now sit in a chair watching Tv while simulating a bench press. Lay on the floor and do a floor press. The provided bar allows for shoulder presses both front and back. Back workouts also. All this and the equipment fits in a backpack for travel. Tremendous

I bought this as an upgrade for resistance bands that I already have and yes you can buy a set of bands for cheaper but they are cheaper for a reason! Now there is nothing wrong with going and buying a set of bands because I've been using them for a while and still will for some things but this is an absolute game changer! Fantastically well made, you can tell this isn't a cheap product. You can get different lbs of resistance too which is good so you can go lighter for beginners and heavier for people who are more advanced. The best thing is you can literally do all the exercises it says you can, you can go from a chest press to a shoulder press to a seated row to a deadlift, the variety is superb. Anyone looking to add to their equipment or someone looking for something to get a quick exercise session done this is the product for you!!
