Is this the made in France or made in Italy version?

So, I don’t t know where this is from, but I can tell you the formula changed and it isn’t the same. It’s no longer the lovely white super soft, moisturizer. It’s hard and dull and doesn’t work like the old! It used to be my go to, but no more.

Confused by the low star reviews

I LOVE this lip balm and have been buying it consistently for 4 years. It smells great and actually works amazingly! For me, it’s the only lip balm that actually moisturizes and works!! Easily 5/5 stars!!

Feels good

This is my favorite lip balm It goes on smoothly, moisturizes, and stays on for a reasonable amount of time. My lips feel hydrated without a waxy feel. The coconut flavor is subtle. I highly recommend it.

I have used the coconut lip balm before and I liked it. What I received was a coco coconut. Not the same thing.
