It's very rare I buy budget brands as they just don't last. My go-to brand would always be Energizer or Duracell, these were on a slightly better deal so I went for Energizer. They last well although in cold environments not so much (I use them in a Yale alarm box) but I still prefer these to other obscure brands.

These are some of the best AA batteries that you can get. They lost a very long time, I used them for my son’s toys which he constantly leaves on. They hold their charge longer than other batteries, and I bought them when they were on sale, so they were an extreme value
