Can this product be warmed (enough to melt chocolate)?

You can warm it to make it much softer but I’m not sure I’d make it boil to melt chocolate. You could melt the chocolate in the microwave and mix it with this warmed as it’ll go much thinner.

Can you use this with popcorn

Yes melt it in the microwave drizzle it over popcorn, and then bake at a low temperature (120 celsius) for 30 mins (mix it up 7 mins into baking).

Is this thick enough to be mixed with homemade buttercream.

Probably, I keep mine in the fridge and it is thick enough to spread from the fridge but if it has been out of the fridge a while it can be a lot softer.
