busy for hours outside
Absolutely fantastic! My 3-year-old was entertained outdoors for hours. The setup was straightforward and kid-friendly. It offers excellent value, with lightweight foam and plastic material that make it safe and easy for my son to play, catch, and enjoy without risk of injury. The vibrant colors are eye-catching, and itโs perfect for children aged 3 to 7.

Perfect for Endless Outdoor Fun! A Hit with My Little One
I bought the Stomp Rocket Jr Multi-Color Rocket Launcher as a gift for my 3-year-old, and it quickly became the highlight of our outdoor playtime! If youโre looking for an engaging and fun activity to keep the kids active, this is an absolute winner. Easy to Set Up and Use: From the moment we opened the box, the setup was super simple. Within minutes, my child was launching rockets into the air with pure excitement! Itโs all kid-powered โ no batteries, no fuss โ just stomp and watch the rocket soar. I love that itโs so intuitive for little ones; my child figured it out immediately and had a blast experimenting with different stomping techniques to see how high the rockets could go. Lightweight and Portable: Another great feature is how lightweight and easy to transport the entire set is. We took it to the park, and it became a hit with other kids, too. Itโs small enough to fit in a bag, making it perfect for trips, park days, or even just playing in the backyard. Durable and Safe: As a parent, I appreciate that the rockets are soft and safe for young children. Even when they land back down, thereโs no risk of injury or breaking anything around. Despite the frequent stomping, both the launcher and rockets have held up incredibly well, even after multiple high-energy play sessions. Multi-Color Fun: The bright, multi-colored rockets make it even more enjoyable. My child loved picking a โfavoriteโ color to launch and chasing them down after they landed. It added an extra layer of excitement and kept their attention for longer. Room for Improvement: The only small downside is that the rockets sometimes catch the wind and land in unpredictable places, but thatโs all part of the fun and adds an element of surprise! Just make sure to play in a wide-open space if possible. In Summary: I canโt recommend this rocket launcher enough! Itโs a fantastic way to get kids moving, thinking, and having fun outdoors. My child gets excited every time we bring it out, and itโs become a favorite in our toy collection. Whether for a birthday gift or just a weekend activity, the Stomp Rocket Jr is a must-have for any active kid!

Simple toy, simple joy!
The kids love these! Missing a star because it is not the sturdiest of toys, I made sure to buy when it was on sale. A simple toy filled with loads of simple joy!

Fun toy for the adults too!
Our little grandson isnโt strong enough to launch them himself, but he loves going after them when the adults launch them for him. Just be careful to hold the rockets from the bottom when you put them on the tube. We broke one by holding it on the top.

One of the best outdoor toys!
This product is straight up awesome. I brought this to a four year-oldโs birthday party at a park and every single age of child and several adults even wanted to play. I just think itโs cool when you have little children and big kids playing together. Makes for a great party with various different children age groups. Love it

Lots of Fun, No Skill Required
I bought the Stomp Rocket Jr. Glow Kit as a fun gift for my three year old son. The Amazon reviews were over the top positive and the price tag was low--so I thought why not? This item has far exceeded my expectations. This is my favorite toy ever, and my son is in complete agreement. The idea is that you stomp on the stomp box to send one of four foam rockets flying through the air. It is so easy, addictive, and fun. The stomp box is soft so even my three year old can send rockets hurtling 50 feet or more into the air. The air rushes through a flexible tube that you put the foam rocket on and sends it way higher than you think you're going to send it. The whole set up is connected to a plastic stand of three pieces that you snap together. Only a single wing nut attachment (included)is needed to hold it all together. You can angle the tube to send the rocket straight up, horizontally, or on a variety of trajectories. The foam rockets are very durable. They are soft so I wouldn't let a dog or cat chew them, but they have been indestructible in my son's overeager hands and have lasted damage-free through thousands of launches. My son is still working on coordination and has tripped over the stand on multiple occasions so it does come apart rather easily, but it just snaps back together--no big deal. I'd like to see an improvement in future versions, but I don't see a reason to downgrade the rating for this small inconvenience. We played with it for around an hour and a half the first time that we used it. If you have a child this young, then you know the miracle of keeping a child entertained that long. It is an outdoor toy for sure, but I'm thinking we'll get use out of it in a hallway or children's playroom during stormy days. I hope you'll order one if you are on the fence about it. The whole family will love it.

Good toy, but you need the right place to play with it
My 4 year old son loves this toy. My nephew loves it. For my niece its cool for a few jumps and then she is ready to go make mud pies. I think this toy is great, except that we really don't have a good place to play with it. Our house is small... and this toy really needs one of those big McHouses with high ceilings if you want to play with it inside. Even though my son thinks its hilarious that the rocket (all foam) hits the ceiling and bounces off to some unknown place in the house, its a bit nerve wracking for me. So we take it outside. But our back yard has some trees -- not a forest, but just a maple, a Japanese maple, and some spruce trees in the flatter area of the back lawn... and we really need a bigger open space to play with this toy. These trees are not super tall, so when the rocket shoots up, sometimes its hard to see where it went (though most of the time it just goes straight up and straight back down). The kids don't seem to care, they just laugh and squeal, but I am worried the rockets will be lost, so I inevitably bring it back inside, thinking that the kids really need to be older to take care of it. Also, if the Stomp Rocket is brought out, I know I will be needed to help put the stand back together over and over. It is a flimsy stand, and though it seems to lock together well, somehow it keeps being knocked or bumped and falls apart again. The stand falls over easily, too. It just doesn't weigh enough. Again, the kids don't care, but it is a bother. And a word about durability. My nephew is the rough one, and within minutes of my putting this toy and its rockets outside for the kids to play with, he had ripped all the fins off the foam rockets "to make them faster". I could not think of any glue that could be used on those materials (though maybe I am just not thinking hard enough), so we bought another set. So if your child is one of those take-it-apart-to-see-how-it-works kinds, I am betting the fins will be off in minutes for you, too. That said, I think the rockets will shoot perfectly well without fins... its not like they fly far anyhow, since they weigh virtually nothing. So in conclusion, the boys love this thing. I am mot so enthusiastic about it. Maybe I will bring it back out tomorrow and just leave them with it outside, and see what happens. Maybe the rockets won't be stripped of fins and and shot into the trees. We'll see.

Lots of fun for toddlers and parents
The stomp rocket was a big hit for our 3 1/2 year old for Easter. It's easy to set up and use and the rockets really take off well. Personally, I really like that they can't break anything they hit even inside the house and don't hurt when someone gets "accidentally" hit with it. The stand isn't the most stable, but with some tape it stays together permanently.

It is good quality and kids love to play with it with parents/other kids.
My kid love it very much. The night glow of rockets doesn't work well. The glow is very minimal to see. The rockets really go very high. Make sure to use it on a fairly open area or else the rockets will land on treetop and lost. Also the rockets are very very light weight. Overall a good product.
