What’s the recommended interval between oil changes with this oil?

The answer really depends on your driving style and the conditions you drive in. However; MB recommends at least once a year or every 10,000 miles. If your car is fairly late model it will have a computer system to determine when your oil needs changed. I go by the computer because there was a lot of "engineering" that went into keeping up with everything from temperature to how hard you drive and how long. If there is a lot of stop and start then the interval will be shorter however; if you are prone to take longer drives your oil will perform at its designed parameters longer. Trust the computer!

Can I used this oil for my 2010 land rover lr2

If your owners manual calls for 5w-40 oil this would be fine.
