What tool did you use for installing and removing?

I keep a 2" square scrap piece of 1/4" plywood in my garage to remove and tighten it. You can actually use anything handy, it is easy to remove if necessary. The slot is very low and flush with the face, that makes it almost impossible for a lawnmower to strike it.
