NOT CRESS. Tastes disgusting with trading standards issues [given 5 stars so it comes up at the top]
Tastes & smells like plastic. If you read the label you can see that this is mainly rape with a percentage of cress. All the supermarkets in the UK sell this & it's made by the same company. I'm still trying to find out what the white stuff is that it's grown in as it certainly is not ainy type of soil. Like the "cress" - It smells & tastes of plastic [I tried chewing it to see if it was natural - noap!]. I left the "cress" in my fridge next to tomatoes. The following day the plastic smell had permeated the tomatoes, which weren't covered. It took white vinegar & 2 litres of bottled water to get rid of it [the "cress" went in the bin]. How anyone could say this is nice I'll never know. If it IS grown in some kind of plastic it will have zero nutritional value. Not to mention the health implications. I'll be growing my own from now on from organic seeds in brown stuff I can be certain is a natural soil. This "cress" is a small example of the MANY reasons more & more folks are growing their own food when & where possible. Pureblood - & staying that way
