When My husband saw me one the package he said the flaxseed crackers looked good and he wanted to try one too. neither of us could handle the one bite, and we were nauseas from its taste alone! But the taste was vile and neither I nor my husband had an easy time getting the potent vile taste out of our mouth. I brushed my teeth WELL, I ate foods with a rich flavor to mask the after taste....but the aftermath was awful! I do not recommend, and I like and/or tolerate just about anything that is healthful. I do not mean to sound obnoxious, but I would give this "zero stars" if I could. Lastly, these crackers in this favor (the only flavor I tried), seriously smells like a potent smelling dog treat that I have a hard time givingly dog since it smell so strong. You can use them to dip in hummus, or crumble them into yogurt or as a topping on a sweet potato mixed with some silken tofu. If you have to avoid dairy, gluten, nuts, nightshades, and other allergens, you can't find a better cracker that allows such varied uses. If you do, please let me know. I've read the negative reviews mostly for the other flavors. The only negative about these crackers is that they are expensive.
