This ninja pan is very hardy and remain pretty robust after a few weeks of use. The non-stick feature and heat distribution is good. I can pan fry 4 steaks on the go and all comes out cooked well and saves me time as I can pop into a warm oven to rest. Egg frying similarly is easy and the eggs slides around with very little oil. Just like you see in TV adverts. I think it should last meany years of use.

Cooked about a dozen times with it so far. Pan is a well built pan, very solid and sturdy. Non stick aspect of it works well. There are foods that work pretty good with oil or anything. However some like tomatoes will stick a bit slightly. The pans is ever so easy to clean. I clean it only by hand to make it last longer. I have on occasions used a metal spoon to serve with very carefully and no damage has occurred. Would buy again.

So pleased that I went against my usual way of buying a pan purely based on price. This is light years ahead of any I have had before. Very good quality and a reassuring weight, so very unlikely to buckle under heat or peel. The only thing is that due to the large size it does hang over the other ring on the cooker a bit. So if you have a standard size hob, I would go for the smaller 24 inch pan so you can still use the ring to the side at the same time. Having said that, this one is large enough to cook a family meal, stir fry for four or full English breakfast. Omelettes are fluffy and don't stick at all, even with only a tiny splash of oil. Can use metal tools in it, so can avoid the more feeble plastic spatula or spoon. Also is oven proof, so can pop it straight into the oven to finish cooking if needed. Very impressed!!

This is a great pan! I cook a lot and have been using it for 6 months, and so far, I haven’t been disappointed. It still doesn’t stick, hasn’t warped, and retains heat well. That said, it takes a while to heat up on a ceramic stovetop. It seems better suited for induction or gas, as its heat retention can be overpowered by its energy needs. Sometimes, it even cools down too quickly, which is a bit annoying for recipes requiring constant high heat, like searing steaks. Other than that, everything is good! Just avoid putting cold water on a hot pan to prevent damage. A solid choice, but if you're using ceramic, be aware of the heat transfer limitations.

Most non-stick pans we buy last about 6 months before they start to...stick. Sometimes the coating also begins to flake, and after a year they have to be replaced. The Ninja is rather different - after a year the coating is still intact, and the non-stick surface still works as it should. Great pan.

Great quality & seriously 'zero stick'. Originally plumped for a cheaper version of the Hexclad design...absolutely rubbish. Everything stuck & it was a pain to clean. The Ninja was a little bit more expensive but this is 'bob on'. Good weight, solidly made & looks the biz. The blurb says dishwasher proof but in my experience the alumninium on the bottom similar pans will 'dissolve' over time. Hand washing is best. I have a lot of Ninja products...time to get the other pans me thinks!!!. Highly recommended.

Well built and long lasting non-stick

I have bought many Teflon frying pans over the years, most get ruined after a short time, many don’t perform as they should, food gets stuck or they get easily scratched. So, I decided to splash on an expensive cast iron pan which was a pain to season, and keep in good condition, apart from being so heavy and clunky and getting too hot to hold by the handle. Food, especially eggs still got stuck on it. I did a bit of research and decided to try this pan as I saw adverts on tv and good reviews, I expected it to be another fad, but oh no, this boy has delivered! I am not paid to say this, I’m not a bot, I got no discount, I just appreciate reading reviews and leaving reviews too, from time to time, so I decided to leave one for this product which truly surprised me because it is just what I needed. I don’t cook much, the odd stir fry or eggs, this is perfect, it doesn’t get scratches, it is super light to hold, easy to wash, no food sticks to it, it does its job, and it does it well. I will try other Ninja products after the success of this purchase.

Can't fry an egg without lots of oil. Defeats the purpose of a non-stick pan. Well made, by the cooking surface is not smooth. Lots of crevices
