Zoo Med - KIT NAT TERRM CRSTD Gecko

Package was not even labeled as fragile and arrived SHATTERED. please be careful because I cut my arm. Nothing serious but it could have been.

Ordered for a lizard but got a fish tank???

If you get a gecko cage/habitat from Zoo Med, please check it carefully. I bought one and the lid just sat on the top— no latch or anything. The lid seemed kind of light to me, but I figured it MUST be okay because the box said “crested gecko”! I figured the makers of the cage were the big experts. NOT!! The gecko escaped during the night. After a whole day of searching I finally found the gecko. After that I used duct tape to hold the lid on and bought a cage from another company. That was not this exact cage — it was called Zoo Med Reptihabitat — but I just want to get the word out to BE CAREFUL because it’s no fun to see your little boy’s face when his new pet is gone. I will never buy anything from this company again, needless to say.
