Review: Great compass but has some drawbacks - Great compass and very easy to use but has a couple of issues which I am sure the manufacturer could easily rectify. Firstly it has luminous marking in all the correct places EXCEPT on the compass needle so makes it tricky using at night as nigh on impossible to see which way the needle is pointing. Secondly the clip holding the lanyard together is a bit flimsy and there is a possibility of loosing the compass when it is hanging around your neck.
