It lasted about 3 days. One feather seemed a bit bent when it arrived already by day 3 the bent feather broke which prevented it from spinning but was still chased. Despite that short lifespan it was by far the best wand toy my cat and I have tried. We had so much fun. I played in the morning and at night with my cat for about 45 minutes each time. I bought 2 more hoping these will last longer. I still gave it 5 stars because my cat and I had a blast and it was great excercise for the cat.

This is a replacement piece for the toy I purchased a couple of months ago. I have two kitties but is the favorite toy of just the one. She loves and is not gentle on those feathers. Not the easiest to clip back on but discovered a happy surprise. They both go crazy for just the little clip. I believe they think it is a bug. The filament that attaches to the wand is clear and thick; so you can get some great movement on the clip. Same with the feathers. It is a fun toy and I will keep buying refills.

So this holds up for about two days, max, if you let your cat “catch” it, even a few times. It’s a great toy, lots of spinning action and the cats love it. But it breaks very easily. Be prepared as this is not a cheap toy! I have it a good rating because my cats love it, and I’m prepared for a short life span

This is a great upgrade for those using regular feathers on their cat wands. This thing spins easily with just the slightest movement. My cat can't get enough of it! The only drawback is that because it is made of feathers, your cat will probably destroy it within a relatively short period of time. This is because your cat will want to play with it constantly! You cant really make feathers cat proof. The regular feather wand tips last much longer because my cat loses interest in them in just a few minutes of play. They are a bit pricey compared to regular feather attachments, but I feel its worth the money once I see how excited my cat is to play with it. I have actually had to remove it from his wand between play sessions so he cant chew it to pieces.

My cat loves this thing more than food. He can’t wait to pounce on it and drag it away with his fangs so he can make sure it’s dead, dead, dead! I think the combination of movement with real feathers makes my cat lose his brain completely. I wish it was a little cheaper because he destroys a $10 toy in a few sessions.

These can be surprisingly hard to find and Petsmart fleeces you with a $14.99 price tag for one, so this is a great price. The best thing about this toy is the helicopter movement as it glides through the air. Some will twirl as it descends, others on the uptake (no rhyme or reason to this yet). My cat loves it and has been the best method for getting her to exercise as she loves leaping, pouncing and stalking it. The biggest complaint (still worthy of a 5 star review) is that she will DEMOLISH this in seconds if left alone as they are made of feathers. The best interactive play toy I've found this far.
