Are you asking for a conversion chart to thousands of an inch or millimeters? They have the sizes listed in “Standard” (of an inch) in another choice of picture on that page. You can look up a conversion on a “convert to” page on the internet if you need to. Just type in convert fractions or inches into decimals. However its easy to convert standard. 1/2=.50 , 1/4=.25 etc.. hope this helps.

Does the roll pin for an ar15 gas block/tube come in this set

The gas block roll pin is 5/64"x1/2" and it is apparently in this set according to the zoom view of the sizes.

Could it be used for issc mk22?

Not sure... I don’t own one. If it has various diameter roll pins in similar depths and lengths, (check dimensions), I don’t see why not. It’s a pedestrian quality set, but it’s priceless when you need one. Good luck!
