I found out about these Breathing Exercise Devices after reading an article in Martha Stewart publication. I reviewed many of the devices in a variety of price ranges and was willing to spend up to $60.00 if they really helped with stress and blood pressure. After reading reviews I settled on this product since it was going to offer the same benefits as the higher priced ones and will most likely last longer. I am not at all disappointed, it is very sturdy and comfortable to use. I looked at a YouTube demonstration before using it. It definitely changes your breathing pattern and help you to take deeper breaths. I will purchase this device three times over if need be but this will last for some time. You feel a sense of relaxation after using this device and puts you in a meditative mood.
