Le coin de l’abattant (couvercle) s’est cassé juste après l’avoir baissé pour fermer les toilettes. Du coup, il n’y a plus de frein de chute et la lunette des WC ne tient plus que d’un côté. Irréparable. Délai dépassé pour le renvoyer. Très déçue. Mauvaise qualité malgré un prix élevé.
