Could someone please tell me the ingredients in this? One review mentions alcohol?

The active ingredient is: "Calendula Officinalis 1X HPUS-10%".  the inactive ingredients are: caprylyl glycol, carbomer, cetyl palmitate, EDTA disodium, glycerin, lauroyl macrogolglycerides, pegoxol-7 stearate, purified water, sodium hydroxide, sorbic acid, 1,2-hexanediol.  While I don't know what all those ingredients are; I use this all the time, I love it.  I use it on my eczema, bug bites, cuts, burns, scratches.  It's amazing stuff and has a cooling effect.

Can this work for chapped skin under nose from wearing a mask all day?

I applied the Caldera lotion twice a day, every day for a month to protect my skin from burning and/or blistering while undergoing daily radiation treatments for breast cancer.  The radiation began after three surgeries and six weeks of chemotherapy so the radiation site was tender. The Caldera was recommended to me by a family member who had gone through the same procedures.  I did not get the slightest sunburn while using the Caldera faithfully and have gifted it to many others facing radiation treatment.

Will this help fade scars on my nose from skin cancer removal?

Calendula was recommended to me by the Radiology team (oncology) INOVA Fairfax VA to relieve the overt visual signs on my neck of radiation. I use Calendula regularly as cream to relieve any signs of "burning, itching, or stress" on the skin on any part of the body. It is excellent and far more effective than prescription skin remedies in my experience. I do not know its efficacy on fading scar tissue on the nose. You may need to contact a plastic surgeon. Does this work for bruises and varicose veins?

We’ve used Calendula cream for years on healing wounds and all kinds of burns. It works beautifully. As far as Bruising, we’ve had wonderful success with Arnica, both topical and oral. As far as varicose veins you can Google Joette Calabrese and the situation. She is a leading Homeopath within the US. Fountains of terrific information...a blessing!!
