I own another Watermelon Spiral from a different brand that does not have rubber handles and I am always afraid to use it because the edges of the handles are kind of sharp.The only thing I am kind of worried is the bar that slices the watermelon. It looks like mKitchen World improved it a lot comparing with other brands (it is thicker and looks durable). However, this is the only part that may break in the future. However, the seller seems to offer a really good customer service and he checked on me after the purchase, assuring me that their products have lifetime warranty. I had a hard time using that because you have to grab part of the cutter to use the baller part and vise-versa.....and I have small hands.
