It works well, in spite of the seam they've added. BUT be aware, it is NOT a 2 pack. When it arrived there was only one in the box and Amazon refunded me half the price of the item because of the deception. **Q: item shown is the non seamed version.is this correct? Amazon has issues grouping the correct reviews/questions with the right products .** A: There is a seam down the center lengthwise that stops about 4 inches from the ends. **Q: I heated one in the microwave. Something inside attached & burned a whole. I love these but now one is useless. Is there a warranty?** A: I have never seen one. Perhaps, seller would reimburse. **Q: What Is It Made Out Of?** A: There is some kind of small grain or seed inside. It feels smaller than rice. The current photo as of June 2023 looks like flax or something similar. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Use these for Pain in many areas! *by on Reviewed in the United States June 26, 2026* I have used Bed Buddies for years. I slip a clean white athletic sock on as a cover I can wash when needed. In the winter I take one or two to bed with me just to get snuggly warm when I go to bed. These are great for any one with a pain anywhere. The heat increases the blood supply to the area that bothers you. Great for Headaches, Neck Pain & more. The size is perfect. I think they say you came also use them cold- I have not. Just DI NOT exceed the time recommended. If you do the stuff inside may get a Burnt smell. If you DO need to increase the Time- Do It Gradually. Remember in Winter they may need a little longer to heat up. These are one of my favorite things in Life. I cuddle them when I hop in bed & fall asleep much quicker. I have even used them for a toothache & any other Pains. I warm them a little for my Grandchildren when they sleep over in winter. You need to watch the temperature & DO NOT let them warm them. TELL them “They might catch fire “ because YOU KNOW EXACTLY HOW LONG TO HEAT THEM. They last a long time if you watch The Temp you Microwave them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Loved it so much I bought a second set as a gift! *by on Reviewed in the United States July 14, 2026* This is actually my second time buying these, and I can't recommend them enough! I originally bought one for myself, and it has been a lifesaver for my neck pain. They are incredibly easy to use—you just pop them in the microwave to heat them up, and they hold the warmth beautifully. Because I loved mine so much, I bought this 2-pack as a gift for my family. They absolutely love them, too! It’s a fantastic, reliable product that really helps soothe sore muscles. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My go to. *by on Reviewed in the United States September 12, 2026* My favorite go to heating pad for the neck. PERFECT Gift for friend with neck pain. ## Frequently Bought Together - Bed Buddy 2-Pack Microwave Heating Pad for Sore Muscles - Heat Pad for Aches and Pain, Microwavable Heating Pads, Rice Bags for Heat Therapy Microwavable White - Bed Buddy Microwavable Heating Pad and Cooling Back Wrap, Comfort Wrap Back, Microwavable for Moist Heat Therapy and Freezable for Cooling Therapy, Cold Pack for Back Pain, Rice Bags for Heat Therapy - Bed Buddy Aromatherapy Heat Pad and Cooling Neck Wrap, 2 Pack, Unscented and Lavender Scented - Microwave Heating Pad for Sore Muscles - Cold Wrap Pack for Aches and Pain --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.it/products/280190733-2-pack-microwave-heating-pad-for-sore-muscles-heat-pad](https://www.desertcart.it/products/280190733-2-pack-microwave-heating-pad-for-sore-muscles-heat-pad) --- *Product available on Desertcart Italy* *Store origin: IT* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
