This doesn’t dispense. The cap seems to have a leak no matter how tight it is. Should I return for a replacement?

I have owned several over the years and all have worked fine. fill the bottle a bit and then squeez to get the amount needed up to the small cup on top

This is made from a plastic. Once washed I don't see why it wouldn't be food safe.

Is this resistant to chlorine / chlorine bleach?

Very efficient

I'm using this for dispensing plant nutrients and it works incredibly well. It measures out very accurately and dumps out without spilling more product out. This has been a real game changer for cutting down the time it takes to measure out and mix my nutrients. It works awesome for me, I bought two more. Update 3/29/23 All 3 bottles are still working today. No cracks in the plastic from squeezing it, that was my biggest worry. The seal for the funnel top could be better. I do get some product dripping out of the threads but not much at all. They still work great and I use them about every other day.
