I got the twist cap off but there’s another seal.** A: I used an ice pick to punch the inner seal and left a raised spot that I used Needle point plyers to pull it out. **Q: Is this chemical safe? Is it toxic carcinogen ?** A: Not sure what you want it to be safe from? I use it to remove lacquer/clean photographs.
