I like the size of the product and the container it's in. I will be using this a lot in my holiday baking/cooking. It's a bit pricey, but it's a quality product. I'm glad Amazon had it for order. I don't know how easily it would be to find in a small town since it's a specialty item.

I discovered vanilla sugar a few years back when I was sent some to review. My family and friends loved how these impacted the flavor of shortbread and sugar cookies. This is expensive, but I only use it to make cookies for special occasions or for holidays, so I consider it worth it for those times. The jar is easy to open and reseal, the shape of it gives a "natural" handle that was good to hold. You can't pour this easily because of the sharp of the jar's mouth, so be prepared to scoop out the sugar.
