Intex 29055E 110 Inch Telescoping Above Ground Pool Maintenance Pole Shaft

I wish this pole fit my basic cleaning kit. Description says it has an inner diameter of 1-1⁄16”, but it's a generous 1-1/8" inside diameter and thus does not fit. Otherwise, I'd highly recommend this to anyone and especially anyone with 1-1/8" tools!

One of the collars separated within a day of it. Then I had to decide do I return and try another one (replacement or better one) or try and glue it. I used gorilla glue and the collar has since held. I'm outside the return window now so if the other collar goes I'll be gluing that too. Was hesitant to spend money fixing a brand purchase but it worked. However, the two dropped stars are indicative of the quality. Even for this price it shouldn't have broken the first day. Expect to have to fix it at some point.

Insufficient description. I thought I was buying a telescoping pole that had two pieces. Instead, it was made of three pieces with the third piece being very thin and not sturdy. I would never have bought if I had known it was in three sections instead of two sections like I'm used to. No wonder it was so inexpensive.

This does NOT fit onto the Intex basic cleaning kit vacuum. Intex Basic Pool Cleaning Kit We needed a long pole to reach the middle of our 16x48 pool. But this pole is too large to screw onto the vacuum. It just doesn't fit onto the Intex vacuum. I am not exactly sure what it should be used for?!
