We bought this for our newly built house to put in our laundry room to fill our dog water bowl. I love the design of it & the cross handles as opposed to others with just a single arm. When we first got water to the house, the 'elbow' did leak a little, but I think that was just the overall new pressure coming to the faucet. Ever since, it's worked perfectly & we really do love it! When I first noticed the leak, I reached out to customer service from the store, and they were extremely helpful and even agreed to a replacement - even though it was past the Amazon return date. When I went to document the issue, that's when we noticed it was actually working just fine & not leaking at all! I appreciate their help and quick replies throughout the process.

LOVE my new pot filler! This was a great find and excellent value for the money. We did have a little troubleshooting during installation to screw it in completely and ensure it was rotated fully upright, but able to get it after a few trials. It is very sleek and modern with good water pressure and no splashing, which I love!

Used it for an RO faucet to fill the dogs water bowl at their feeding station. Complete custom install that was not for the beginner.

Love this pot filler. Gold color matches color of my kitchen hardware. Seems very sturdy and installation was as described. Has a good reach when extended and folds nicely against wall.

The pot filler is beautiful! Unfortunately, once installed, the piece had a slight leak where it connected to the wall. We'd ordered it months before, as finding particular pieces during our whole-house renovation had been difficult, and so it was outside of the return period. I wrote to the company, but thought I'd be out of luck. I'm not sure I've ever been more surprised when they were more than willing to work through the issue with me, and checked back in several times. Then, when it was apparent that the unit was beyond repair, they sent me TWO to replace it! So far, the replacement is working well, no leaks. The support received was incredible, and so yes, I'd certainly recommend this company to anyone!

We just did a kitchen remodel and wanted a pot filler. It does not come with an extender to take it from inside the wall to outside of the tile. You kinda have to piece together the plumbing. And our plumber said it is low quality and we would never be able to find parts to fix it. But for the price we could replace it 6 times before we have spent the price of a well-known brand. So we went for it. It works fine. I imagine it will last a long time as I usually fill my pots with hot water from the sink to get a head start on boiling water.

Terrible Product! After a couple of months of light use it blew apart at one of the joints. Thankfully we were in the kitchen at the time and were able to shut it off before it did much damage. Reached out to the seller for at least a refund and they just ignored me request.
