I always review with information that I feel others would like to know about the product as I always assume what I'm writing will influence for or against the purchase. I always try to go above and beyond surface characteristics and input into quality, value and application. Most importantly, I will always end the review with an answer as to whether I'd purchase the product again which I believe is the most critical question pertaining to the item. To manufacturers: Want me to review your items, just let me know! This device is pretty much what I expected, is ergonomically comfortable and gets the job done. I didn't realize that when you plugged in keyboard to your controller that it then diverts the sounds through the controller with the expectation that you'd use a connected headset and I haven't had the time to check to see if this can be disabled. I'd like to use the keyboard attached to the controller and still have the sound on the TV. But, that isn't their problem and my main desire was to have a small keyboard for faster chatting if/when necessary. Setup up was a breeze and it was ready to go right out of the box though I did charge it after setup. For the most part now, I leave the device off until I need to chat (which is not often) and then turn it on, finish my business and then click it back off. Value is there for the price and I really like the way it functions/looks.
