Like will it rub off on stuff without a powder too?** A: It will definately rub off without a setting powder. I just used a translucent powder to set the make up and it helped a ton. **Q: I am doing a production of the adams family and i am one of the ancestors would this be good to make me look ghostly, and do i need a setting powder?** A: I get a long lasting matte finish. No setting powder needed.
