I really like the taste of this Mayonnaise.

This mayos flavor is amazing as your initially hit with a creamy texture and then a slight sour flavor. Safe to say for me this was thee best money I've spent on mayo at ₹399 for 300ml. That being said its very expensive and honestly a treat for yourself, unless you have Ambani money to blow off. If your used to the crappy eggless/vegetarian sweet options of mayos that we get here in India, then word of advise this will be quite a shock to your taste buds. My advise for anyone before spending your hard earned money on this very premium mayo is to try American Gardens Egg Mayo first (it's an orange color bottle) and not their other Lite or other versions. If you like that then only go for Kewpie Mayo as it's an enhanced version of it. Overall you can't go wrong with this mayo and as per when I bought it (July 2024) I was sent a bottle that was expiring in December 2024.

Exactly replicating the sandwich from Japan

If you know Kewpie, you know how it tastes and the texture. What I was skeptical is whether I will get the original or a cheap rip-off and if I get original will it still remain fresh and not spoiled until it reaches me. I received the original one, fully sealed and untampered. It looked like it was stored well as the taste and texture remained the same. If you don't know abt this mayo, it's different from the regular ones as this is prepared in Japanese style. It will be a little salty and tangy apart from little sweet. So this gives it a unique flavor. Ofcourse it's mayo so I won't comment abt it being healthy and vegetarian because ot isn't. It just tastes great.
