This is such a good book! Elizabeth George shares her own experiences and ties it in with what women generally experience in life. She talks about the home, children, and husbands as a gift and not a burden.

This book has helped. I have enjoyed reading it

Quite a bit of this book surely seems to be old-fashioned in a way the housewife should take care of her husband. That can put a lot of people off. However, the author isn't wrong at all. I've changed how I view my husband and how I take care of him. It's been a good help. I don't consider myself old-fashioned. I own a small business (portrait studio) that keeps me busy, very busy at times. He travels a lot for his business. But trying to make sure the house is in order, food is on the table, and so on, I feel us a bit more my responsibility than his even though at times he does more than I do. So, if the reader keeps her mind open when reading this book, it will be a great asset. It is a great resource especially for married women. It'd be great to have a revised or updated version to share this knowledge with the younger generations. It'd also be nice to have an additional resource like this for women who may be single (widowed, divorced, never or not yet married)

This book penetrates the hardest of hearts , let the words work on making you a better you . We as Women are called to be the handmaidens of the Lord , good for the Master's use. We must strive to be a light , a conduit , allowing God' will to be done Amen. This book is a excellent example of the Love of Christ. For those who want a heart transplant spiritually , it would behoove you to purchase this . Love you Sis. Great study!! I highly recommend

I’m usually not big on journaling, workbooks, etc., but I got this workbook along with the main book (which is amazing) to do in fellowship with a friend at church, and it has been a huge blessing to us. I feel that I have grown closer to the Lord and become a better wife and mother. It takes some time to do each section, but if you are serious about growing, it is well worth it!

The way my heart grows everytime I get into this book with my sister in Christ. I just want to know and ove Jesus with all of me.

If you want a truly, grow with the Lord experience for life, this will help as you answer and apply what you learn. Great to start a Bible study! This is a joy as you learn to deal with stuff that clogs the mind,and start getting it off you.

Helped me in so many ways. Recommended to all women looking to seek a closer walk with God, and also be a woman after His heart.
