You can use denture cream but they fit tight if you do it correctly

How do i take them out

You can use your fingers to take them out. If needed, you can use your fingernails. The first time, will be the hardest to take them out, but after that, it will be easier. If still hard to take them out - wiggle them until you think you can pull it/them out.

The veneers do not stick to the adhesive maybe some other kind of glue will stict but not the ones in the kit , falls right off

You have to form it. It’s not an adhesive. It’s like a mold, eventually it will harden if you mold it correctly, and I will definitely take a few tries

It doesnt stick to the tooth.

Waste of money. The beads don’t stick to the tooth after melting in boiling water. It just slips. The veneers are also too thick to be put on top of the original teeth.
