Note that I did not change my diet much while taking them, and I know I would have had a better outcome if I had cut out the pizza and beer! Review: I have tried many things for my vaginal yeast infections, including probiotics, oregano oil, grapefruit seed extract, and candex, and this works better than all of them. Candex has similar ingredients and is cheaper than this, so I recently tried that one, but it really did not work as well, especially at the dosage recommendation (I had to increase it to get better effects.) I wish that a bottle of this lasted longer, because with my immune problems, the yeast infections come right back when I finish the bottle. But for someone without my immune challenges, I'd assume it would work very well. I've tried sooo many supplements and there are very few that clearly make a big difference the way this one does. I have zero yeast symptoms while on it.
