This is an amazing product. It's lightweight. It has a very light smell. It made my Banana Bread rise perfectly, it also is aluminum free became firstly packaged, it's an amazing price. You can't beat the price, it has 0 fat in it. 280 mg of sodium is only sodium bicarbonate. Complete straight baking soda. Nothing else you get the best. By date on there and you get the lot number if you don't have a lot number on any type of food products, supplement or vitamin or dog product you have an issue. Because you can't track where it came from. They're hiding something they hide nothing on this. This company has been around for many years. This is a very finely ground powder. The best you can get, it's gluten-free. It's an employee on company, they're non-gmo, this is absolutely amazing for baking. Or\n For using for detox product, this is distributed in Milwaukee. Oregon, they even put a recipe on the back for you yes 5 stars! For sure, we wouldn't purchase anything else, the main brand It starts with A-and-R we will never go back to we want aluminum free in our products, and this is it!
