Absolutely recommended to buy to pieces worth every coin paid. Only challenge is to connect to app the devices

Bluetooth and suction stopped working
The product deserves 0 stars, after 2 months of use, bluetooth has stopped working and suction power also dropped and there is no customer service.

The pump is a life saver but one pump is already not working effectively and I’ve only had the product 3 months

One of the pumps not charging.
After opening and plugging the two pumps in for charging one pump would not commence charging. Tried switching the cables around and still didn’t work.

Most expensive and No USB C charging
I would expect that the pump will not use archaic micro usb charging port for this kind of money.

Stopped working in 30 days. (Not charging)
Extremely disappointed. I was a very infrequent user for most of these 30 days, used it to pump 8-10 times a day for last 2 days and it stopped working today. Unreal. If someone relevant is reading, please help with a replacement.

One unit broke within 7 days
Unit broke after 7 days. Elvie help were useless as they cant do anything in the UAE. The unit would switch on, but would switch off again the pump cycle was started. Overly priced and not very good at all.
